1. Introduction

Welcome to Creative Home Bikaner. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services including construction, interior design, and software training. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Our Services

Creative Home Bikaner provides the following services:

• Construction Services: Consultation, Design, New Construction, Renovation, Remodeling, and Maintenance
• Interior Design: Modern interior design and renovation services
• Training Programs: Professional courses in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, and SketchUp

3. Construction & Interior Design Terms

3.1 Quotations & Estimates

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are estimates and may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. Final costs will be confirmed before work begins.

3.2 Payment Terms

• An advance payment of 30-40% is required before project commencement
• Progress payments will be made as per mutually agreed milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion and handover
• All payments should be made via bank transfer or cheque

3.3 Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated based on normal working conditions. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

3.4 Changes & Modifications

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be discussed and agreed upon in writing. Additional work may result in revised costs and timelines.

4. Training Program Terms

4.1 Enrollment

Course enrollment is confirmed upon payment of fees. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.2 Course Fees & Refunds

• Course fees must be paid in full before the course start date
• Refund requests made 7+ days before course start: 80% refund
• Refund requests made within 7 days of course start: 50% refund
• No refunds after the course has commenced

4.3 Attendance & Certification

Minimum 80% attendance is required for course completion certificate. Missed classes may be covered in the next batch subject to availability.

5. Warranty & Liability

Construction work comes with a workmanship warranty of 1 year from project completion. This covers defects in craftsmanship but excludes:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence
• Natural disasters or acts of God
• Modifications made by third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and training materials created by Creative Home remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights for their specific projects. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Bikaner, Rajasthan, under Indian law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
